You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, the order will be processed, and it cannot be cancelled or modified. Once the order is dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

If your order is in the "processing" stage and you wish to cancel it, please contact our customer support immediately to check if cancellation is still possible.

In case of a successful cancellation, any payments made will be refunded according to our refund policy.

Orders that are customized or made to order may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.
